Lumina-Bone – Bone graft for filling

Bone grafts

Lumina-Bone is a bovine-derived, biocompatible, and safe bone graft indicated for bone regeneration and volume augmentation procedures. Its mineral composition, similar to human tissue, ensures excellent integration, stimulating new bone formation. With easy handling and high absorption capacity, being resorbed within 3 to 8 months, it is ideal for socket preservation, implant gap filling, and other grafting techniques.

ANVISA REG. No.: 80522420001

Lumina-Bone is indicated as an adjunct in bone regeneration and repair in medical-dental surgical procedures such as:
• Alveolar filling in avulsions, extractions, and root resections;
• Periodontal intra-bony lesions;
• Periapical lesions;
• Filling of bone cavities;
• Minor volume corrections for esthetic purposes;
• Minor corrections resulting from periodontal and peri-implant bone fenestration or dehiscence;
• Biomechanical barrier in guided tissue regeneration processes.

Lumina-Bone is a bioabsorbable product designed to fulfill two main functions in the new bone regeneration process:
• To fill the defect volume, preventing the invagination of soft tissue into the site until proper new bone formation occurs;
• To serve as a donor source of calcium and phosphorus ions for the metabolic and tissue regeneration process.
