Lumina-Bone Porous – Bovine bone graft

Bone grafts

Lumina-Bone Porous is a bovine bone graft with high porosity and complete similarity to human bone tissue. Its structure promotes angiogenesis, cell migration, and predictable new bone formation. Granules ranging from 300 to 2000 μm ensure excellent clot stabilization and protein absorption, fostering reliable regeneration and consistent clinical outcomes.

ANVISA REG. No.: 80522420001

Lumina-Bone is indicated as an adjunct in bone regeneration and repair in medical-dental surgical procedures such as:
• Alveolar filling in avulsions, extractions, and root resections;
• Periodontal intra-bony lesions;
• Periapical lesions;
• Filling of bone cavities;
• Minor volume corrections for esthetic purposes;
• Minor corrections resulting from periodontal and peri-implant bone fenestration or dehiscence;
• Biomechanical barrier in guided tissue regeneration processes.

Lumina-Bone is a bioabsorbable product designed to fulfill two main functions in the new bone regeneration process:
• To fill the defect volume, preventing the invagination of soft tissue into the site until proper new bone formation occurs;
• To serve as a donor source of calcium and phosphorus ions for the metabolic and tissue regeneration process.
